Jim Watson’s 20-year career has spanned multiple software companies, both large and small, and across the US, UK, and Canada. He is an operational and product leader who helps design great customer experiences that drive revenue growth while using resources efficiently. His roots in strategy, sales, product management, customer success, and engineering gives him a unique advantage; he understands how these functions work together to drive great outcomes, and uses that perspective to solve critical business problems. He is passionate about building products, teams, and companies he is proud of, alongside amazing people. Combining honesty with humor and kindness, he builds relationships of trust to carry out the vision.
Jim earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he focused on Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Management & Strategy.
He currently lives in Toronto with his wife and 2 kids. He continues to stay active with local organizations such as his kids’ school’s annual BBQ fair, but otherwise enjoys spending his time near the grill, golf course, or lake.
